Even here in beautiful Colorado, every day, we are exposed to unavoidable toxins and pollutants found readily in our environment. Too, our hectic lifestyles often dictate rushed meal choices and an inadequate intake of water, fiber and exercise, all of which contribute to impaired function of the colon which can then burden other organs and systems in the body.
